JEFFERSON COUNTY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT DIRECTOR TROY MORGAN PASSED AWAY MONDAY MORNING FOLLOWING A BRIEF ILLNESS.

HE PREVIOUSLY SERVED ON THE MADISON CITY COUNCIL AND SERVED TWO TERMS AS JEFFERSON COUNTY CORNOR  

TROY DEDICATED THE MAJORITY OF HIS LIFE SERVING HIS COMMUNITY.

HE HAS BEEN EMA DIRECTOR FOR JEFFERSON COUNTY FOR THE LAST SIX YEARS 

FUNERAL ARRANGEMENTS ARE PENDING AT MORGAN-NAY FUNERAL CENTRE MADISON CHAPEL
