Minor flooding could occur

Jefferson Co Emergency Management continues to monitor local streams, tributaries, river and its gauges as well as other forecast data.

Most recent projections indicate we can expect some minor to moderate flooding in the days to come.

Some points of reference: at 449ft the road to Hanover Beach is flooded. At 453ft water reaches Vaughn Drive.

EMA continues to monitor the situation but encourages everyone to be aware of the situation around you. Conditions can change rapidly. Make any necessary arrangements now.
