Jefferson And Scott Co. Fire Crews Respond To Structure Fire

Structure total loss

Fire crews from Jefferson and Scott Counties responded to a single wide mobile home fire at 260 S SR 3 near the intersection of SR 256 yesterday around 11:45am.

The crews were dispatched as a possible subject inside.

After further investigation no one was inside.

The structure was a total loss.

The State Fire Marshall was on the scene for further investigation.

Crews on the scene were from Deputy, Johnson Twp, Kent, Hanover, Jennings Twp , Austin and Scottsburg. The Salvation Army Emergency Disaster Services were also on scene providing hydration and snacks to the first responders.
