If you are a small business wanting to learn how to better transform your business from products to solutions to enable you to understand your customers better, then you are encouraged to join the webinar sponsored by Ivy Tech. This webinar will also teach you how to retain old customers, win new customers, and reimagine your future business,

This webinar will take place tomorrow May 5 from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. and will be in collaboration with the Madison Area Chamber of Commerce, Madison Main Street program, Indiana Economic Development, and Synoptus.

This webinar will feature local small businesses that have implemented changes to their business practice due to COVID.
