Another warm day today and New Years outlook

There's a new mark for the warmest Christmas Day on record.

The National Weather Service says yesterday's high topped out at 69 degrees.  The previous high was 68 set in 1893.

Some people who headed outside to enjoy the weather said having a warm Christmas was better than having a white Christmas.

It's going to continue to feel like it's not Christmas time for most people.

The National Weather Service says most will see near-record warmth again today.

The high today is expected to be 62 degrees and will stay in the 50s and 60s through at least the weekend.

The early forecast of New Years Eve and Day is cool but not totally frozen.
