MADISON, Ind. – Habitat for Humanity of Jefferson County (HFHJCI) will host an Information Session from 5:15 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. on Monday, June 14.

The free event will be at First Christian Church on 512 W. Main Street in Madison.

Attendees will have the opportunity to learn about qualifications and details of our housing program while also being able to speak with Habitat staff.

“Our mission is to provide affordable housing to families in Jefferson County,” said Executive Director Samantha Pierce. “We’re looking forward to meeting our potential homeowners as they can learn about Habitat and what is involved in the process of becoming a partner family.”

Habitat for Humanity of Jefferson County was formed in 1993 and have built 19 homes in the area. Habitat for Humanity partners with people in our community to help them build or improve a place they can call home. Habitat homeowners help build their own homes alongside volunteers and pay an affordable mortgage.
