Indiana COVID-19 Rental Assistance Program Taking Applications

This program assists Hoosiers that were unable to pay their rent due to loss of wages or other impacts caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.

(Indianapolis, Ind.) – If you have been impacted by COVID-19 and have been having trouble paying your rent, the Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority are there to help Hoosiers in need.

This program assists Hoosiers that were unable to pay their rent due to loss of wages or other impacts caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Applicants will need the following documents to complete the application:

  • Copy of a current lease
  • Income verification documents
  • Eviction notice or notice to vacate if applicable
  • Name, phone number, email address of the applicant AND their Landlord
  • Specific housing information (type of rental property, number of bedrooms, bathrooms, etc)
