HOOSIER CHILDREN OFFERED VACCINE

The Indiana Department of Health has announced that Hoosiers age 12 and older can begin receiving a free COVID-19. The Jefferson County Health Department will begin offering Pfizer vaccine on Friday, May 14, 2021, visit https://ourshot.in.gov, or call 211 if you do not have access to a computer or require assistance. Appointments are recommended, but walk-ins are permitted.

An adult must accompany a child age 12 to 15 to the appointment; parental consent is required for minors.

Everyone 12 years of age and older are eligible. They will return to the same location four weeks later to administer second doses.
