Hanover Man Flees Police On ATV Leads To Arrest

Investigation Lead to Arrest

On 7-27-21 Hanover Officers attempted to stop a UTV for speeding. The UTV fled from Officers and a pursuit was initiated. Officers pursued the UTV until it went off the roadway and Officers were unable to continue the pursuit. Through their investigation they were able to identify the driver of the UTV, Calvin Carel, 49, Hanover. Calvin was taken into custody by Hanover Officers on 7-28-2021 without incident. He has the presumption of innocence until proven guilty.

Calvin was charged with Resisting Law Enforcement by Fleeing, Level 6 Felony.
