The Jefferson County Health Department will be hosting an on-site flu vaccination clinic at Madison Consolidated Schools the week of November 15th-19th. Deadlines begin November 8th and paper copies are being sent home as well. Please take a moment to check your student's backpack, binder, folder, etc.
