Family pet dies
Several area fire companies responded to a structure fire on 1003 Park Ave (SR 56) at Ferry Street across from the Madison Pilgrim Holiness Church around 9:30 last evening.
Reports have no one was home at the time of the fire but the family pet died in the blaze.
Firefighters were on scene till after midnight but a crew remained on the scene for fire watch.
