DWD To Offer Guidance On Returning To Work

You can view the event on the Indiana Department of Workforce Development's Facebook.

(Indianapolis, Ind.) - The Indiana Department of Workforce Development is offering a Facebook live event for those who are temporarily laid off due to COVID-19 and receiving unemployment insurance benefits.

As businesses are beginning to reopen and many are being called back into work, employees and their employers will be able to attend this virtual event to get answers to any questions they may have.

This program will review the federal CARES Act, what employers and employees need to know when getting called back to work, and how that impacts UI eligibility.

DWD is partnering with its regional office to present this event, which will be held tomorrow at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, May 13.

You can view the event on the Indiana Department of Workforce Development's Facebook.
