The City of Madison Water Department has scheduled hydrant flushing for downtown Madison.
The hydrants will be flushed starting Tuesday, August 27th through Friday, August 30th beginning at 7:00 a.m. daily.
In case of inclement weather or water emergencies, these dates and times subject to change. Any changes in the schedule will be publicly announced.
If residents experience dirty water after the hydrants are flushed, they should run cold water only until water runs clear.
