(Madison, Ind.) - With that spring weather coming our way it is almost that time to set our clocks forward again.

Daylight Saving Time begins Sunday, March 8 at 2:00 a.m. ET.

Sleep experts recommend going to bed an hour early so that you will not feel the impact of the time change.

Daylight Saving Time ends on November 1.
