Daylight Saving Time Begins Sunday

(Madison, Ind.) - With that spring weather coming our way it is almost that time to set our clocks forward again. 

Daylight Saving Time begins Sunday, March 8 at 2:00 a.m. ET.  

Sleep experts recommend going to bed an hour early so that you will not feel the impact of the time change. 

Daylight Saving Time ends on November 1.
