Clark Memorial Bridge is closing overnights

Use toll bridges to downtown Louisville

The Clark Memorial Bridge is closing overnights until the painting project is done.

KYTC made the decision to shut down the bridge each night while work is being done after an increase of work zones crashes.

The overnight closures, which run from 8 o'clock until 5 o'clock in the morning, started last night.

Motorists will have to use the Kennedy and Lincoln Toll Bridges for the downtown Louisville area.

Exceptions to the overnight closures will be on nights UofL has basketball games and concerts at the KFC Yum! Center.
