On 06/18/2019, 48 year old Jack D. Shelley of Madison, IN was arrested by detectives with the Switzerland County Sheriff's Office after an ongoing investigation.
Shelley made an appearance in Switzerland Circuit Court on 06/19/2019 to answer for the charges of Child Solicitation and Dissemination of Matter Harmful to a Minor.
Shelley is currently being held on a $500 cash bond at the Switzerland County Jail.
