Starting on April 3 the English Baptist Church will be driving the streets of Carrollton to pick up food that is to be donated to the food pantry.

(Carrollton, KY.) - Carrollton Mayor Robb Adams took to Facebook yesterday to announce a food pick up for the local food pantry.
Starting on April 3 the English Baptist Church will be driving the streets of Carrollton to pick up food that is to be donated to the food pantry.
If you would like to donate they have asked that you place your items in a bag on the curb if possible, if it is not possible to set them on the curb then you can place them on your front porch. They also ask that you make sure that the bags of food are visible. Sitting them outside is to comply with the social distancing guidelines.
The schedule for the pickup is as follows:
On Friday, April 3 they will be driving from 3rd street through 7th street.
On Monday, April 6 they will be driving from 8th street through 11th street.
On Tuesday, April 7 they will be driving all East and West streets.
All food pickups will begin at 5:00 p.m. daily.
All other parts of the city limits have not yet been scheduled at this time.
All items are being donated to the Carroll County Food Pantry, and the items that are needed most at this time are:
Oats 12 oz containers, Cereal 12 lb boxes, Saltine crackers, Mixed vegetables regular small cans, Grape jelly 18 Oz, Cans of mixed fruit, Tuna 5 oz cans, Small packs of cookies
