Each delivery will consist of five school breakfasts and five school lunches per child.
(Carroll County, Ky.) - Starting Monday, November 30, school district vehicles will deliver food to the homes of all Carroll County School District students who reside in Carroll County. Deliveries will be made once per week between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. on Mondays, Tuesdays, or Wednesdays.
Each delivery will consist of five school breakfasts and five school lunches per child. For the safety of our employees and of families, deliveries will be left at the front door of each residence.
“We are pleased to offer this service to our students,” said Chief Financial Officer Jon Conrad. “This has been a challenging year for many of our students and their families. We are committed to doing our part to help everyone get through the COVID-19 crisis together.”
Families can opt-out of food deliveries if they wish to do so. To opt-out, please call 502-662-0569 or email Lisa.Gault@carroll.kyschools.us. Families who wish to receive food deliveries do not need to take any action.
