Flags are asked to be flown at half-staff
Interim Mayor, Daniel Dattilo, has requested that all flags in the City of Madison be lowered to half-staff in honor of Mayor Welch’s passing from now until sundown on the day of his funeral.

Celebration of Life will be on Sunday at 3 and Final Salute at 4. Full Military Honors will be held at the Indiana Veterans Memorial Cemetery
