Arrangements Made To Remember And Honor Mayor Damon Welch

Flags are asked to be flown at half-staff

Interim Mayor, Daniel Dattilo, has requested that all flags in the City of Madison be lowered to half-staff in honor of Mayor Welch’s passing from now until sundown on the day of his funeral.

Morgan & Nay Funeral Center posted on their website arrangements for Mayor Welch:  Visitation will be at North Madison Christian Church Saturday, September 28 from 1:00 PM - 7:00 PM and Sunday, September 29 from 1:00pm to 3pm. Celebration of Life will be on Sunday at 3 and Final Salute at 4. Full Military Honors will be held at the Indiana Veterans Memorial Cemetery
