Madison High School is seeking assistance from the public in regards to the 2019 Hall of Fame. MCHS is seeking nominees who meet the criteria listed below. The 2019 Hall of Fame class will be chosen by a Selection Committee. Selected award recipients for the inaugural year will be notified by Mr. Gasaway about the induction ceremony.
Anyone interested in submitting a name to be considered, should download the application from the Madison High School website, under Alumni, or can stop by Madison High School to request a nomination form. All applications must be sent to Madison High School, Attention: Hall of Fame Selection Committee, 743 Clifty Drive, Madison, IN 47250. Applications can also be emailed to Michael Gasaway at mgasaway@madison.k12.in.us or Kevin Yancey at kyancey@madison.k12.in.us.

Criteria for membership The MCHS Alumni Hall of Fame is a distinguished award which honors individuals whose deeds and character exemplify outstanding achievement in their life’s work and service to their communities. Chosen honoree’s embody a spirit and leadership qualities which are worthy of recognition and have inspired praise and gratitude among their peers.
Nominees – a nominee can be anyone living or deceased who has made meaningful contributions to Madison High School.
A completed application must be filled out and turned in by deadline to be in consideration. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
