An Outstanding Warrant Leads to Four Arrest On Multiple Charges

(Scott County) - On February 21, 2020, Deputies Johnney Coomer and Skylar Thompson went to an address on County Line Road in Underwood, IN. in an attempt to serve an outstanding warrant.  Upon arrival, an investigation led to the arrest of four people on multiple charges. 

Daniel Goetzinger, 32, of Underwood, In. was arrested for an outstanding warrant for Failure to Appear.  Daniel Goetzinger received additional charges of Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Paraphernalia, Battery That Results in Bodily Injury to a Public Safety Official, Possession of Stolen Property and Maintaining a Common Nuisance. 

Tyler Jackson, 28, of Lexington, was arrested for Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Paraphernalia, Possession of Stolen Property, Possession of a Firearm by a Serious Violent Felon, Resisting Law Enforcement and Maintaining a Common Nuisance. 

Amber Napier, 38, of Scottsburg was arrested for Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Paraphernalia, Resisting Law Enforcement and Maintaining a Common Nuisance. 

James Hendricks, 34, of Underwood, In. was arrested for Resisting Law Enforcement, Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Paraphernalia, Battery that Results in Bodily Injury to a Public Safety Official, Possession of Stolen Property, False Informing and an outstanding arrest warrant out of Jackson and Jennings Counties. 

Deputies were also assisted by the Scottsburg Police Department, Indiana State Police, the Clark County Sheriff's Office, and the Jeffersonville Police Department.
