Advisory Message: Flash Flood Watch until 11:00AM Saturday

Will it ever stop

Multiple lines of showers and thunderstorms will move through the region starting this evening and continue into tomorrow morning. Repeated rounds of heavy rainfall could result in a flash flood threat. The National Weather Service in Louisville has issued a 

* Flash Flood Watch for portions of Indiana and Kentucky, including the following areas, in Indiana, Clark, Crawford, Dubois, Floyd, Harrison, Jefferson, Orange, Perry, Scott, and Washington. In Kentucky, Adair, Allen, Anderson, Barren, Bourbon, Boyle, Breckinridge, Bullitt, Butler, Casey, Clark, Clinton, Cumberland, Edmonson, Fayette, Franklin, Garrard, Grayson, Green, Hancock, Hardin, Hart, Henry, Jefferson, Jessamine, Larue, Lincoln, Logan, Madison, Marion, Meade, Mercer, Metcalfe, Monroe, Nelson, Ohio, Oldham, Russell, Scott, Shelby, Simpson, Spencer, Taylor, Trimble, Warren, Washington, and Woodford. 

* Through Saturday morning 

* Repeated rounds of heavy rain and thunderstorms, along with already saturated soils from recent rains, could result in flash flooding.
