“We are so grateful for everyone who came out to the festival on Saturday. This is truly a community festival. We couldn't do it without our volunteers, businesses, nonprofits, and government agencies all working together. We'd like to thank our Premier Sponsor, Ivy Tech Community College along with all of our other sponsors who made the 2019 Soup Stew Chili & Brew possible. Our committee works year-round to make the festival the best it can be. It is definitely a team effort,” said Executive Director Lindsay Bloos.
