Little Big Town returns to Nashville to host the 2018 CMT Music Awards.
The show takes place tonight at Bridgestone Arena and will air on CMT at 7 p.m. Central Time.

The categories are Video of the Year, Male and Female Video of the Year, Duo and Group Video of the Year, Breakthrough and Collaborative Video of the Year, as well as CMT Performance of the Year.
