The Annual Old Settler's Meeting, which is under the auspices of Neavill's Grove Inc, is the oldest continuous civis event in Jefferson County to meet in the same location under the same name for 139 years. The first meeting was held on the last Saturday in August 1885. The festival is included on the Library of Congress Local Legacy Register.
Located at 6576 Deputy Pike, approximately 7 miles NW of Madison Indiana, the event is strongly supported by all phases of the community.
