Trimble Co. Sheriff Arrest Four For Drug Trafficking
On October 5, 2017, officers from the Trimble County Sheriff’s Office, Kentucky State Police, and the Department of Probation and Parole served a search warrant at a home on US 421 N in the city limits of Bedford. The warrant was attained on information received about probable drug trafficking in the residence. The warrant yielded over a half an ounce of meth and several prescription pills.
Jerry Collins, 45, of Bedford was charged with Possession of Controlled Substance 1st Degree (Methamphetamine) and Trafficking in Controlled Substance 3rd Degree, 1st Offense (Drug Unspecified).
Terri Collins, 42, of Bedford was charged with Possession of Controlled Substance 1st (Methamphetamine).
Justin Collins, 23, of Bedford was charged with Trafficking in Controlled Substance 1st Degree Methamphetamine and Unlawful Transaction with a Minor 1st Degree.
Amy Bennett, 39, of Henryville, IN was charged with Fugitive from another state and a juvenile is pending similar charges through the Court Designated Worker’s Office.
