Milton Fire And Rescue Respond To Two Calls On Monday

Milton Fire and Rescue made two calls on Monday.

At 6:59 a.m. responded to the report of a single vehicle roll over accident in the 2600 block of Palmyra Rd. Crews arrived on scene and located the vehicle and patient. The driver refused treatment and transport by EMS. Crews assisted at the scene with traffic control until vehicle was removed. Trimble County EMS and Bedford Fire assisted at the scene.

At 8:07 p.m. crews responded to 48 Westrick Ln in Milton for the report of an apartment fire. Crews arrived on scene and found a fire in the outside electrical box on the side of the building. Crews from Shelby RECC were called and quickly responded cutting the power to the box containing the fire to the electrical panel only. There were no injuries in the fire.
